Heavy Duty Tire Carrier Hinge Pivot Assembly for Off Road Tire Gate
 
This heavy duty assembly is just what you need if you are building a tire gate to support a big spare tire, gas can, hi-lift jack and anything else you need to carry on the gate.
 
The shaft, housing and cap are CNC machined from billet – no castings here!
 
This kit includes:
3″ diameter X 4.5″ long housing – Made from 3/8″ wall DOM to handle the weight!
Pivot shaft, 1.5″ diameter X 4″ long weldable pin section. Shaft overall length is just under 9″. Made from 2″ Cold Rolled Steel!
CNC Machinied, Billet 6061-T6 Aluminium Cap
2 Timken tapered roller bearings
1 Timken seal for the bottom – to keep mud and water out when you’re having fun!
1 O-ring seal for the cap
1 Nylon-locknut
1 Washer
